We’d been waiting quite a long time to be able to get our hands on a new Innokin iTaste VV v3.0 to review it for our readers, so we were really happy when we were finally given the opportunity to do so. After receiving the “chameleon,” with its glossy black finish that’s infused with silver speckles all around, we dove right into checking it out, analysing it, and testing it so that you can decide whether this vaping product is right for you.

First Impressions
The first thing that we noticed about the VV v3.0 was the fact that it’s actually a very attractive device. It’s sharp and comes in various colours to suit your preferences. You can also choose from three packages, though we went with the Express Kit, which contains the iTaste VV v3.0 and a retractable, really convenient USB cable. If you were to go with the larger kits, you would get more accessories, such as a wall adapter and iClear 16 clearomiser, as well as a pen cap for your device’s battery.
Other standout features include the multiple colours that let you know how much life is left in your battery. This is really convenient because you can see instantly whether or not you’re going to need to stop and recharge. And the display information is also great because it isn’t only easy to read and access, it also makes it simple to change settings as you need to.
We also really like the fact that this device protects you against over-charging the battery. It will shut down completely once it is completely charged, which means you will be able to save plenty of batteries that would otherwise have gotten burnt out from being charged too much. And this ultimately means that you can also extend the VV v3.0’s life as well.
The VV v3.0 also features variable wattage and variable voltage in a package that is affordable even for those who are new to this type of e-cig product. You can increase the variable voltage by 0.1v. The variable wattage, on the other hand, can be increased by 0.5w increments. To change your settings, all you have to do is click the “-” or “+” buttons as needed. Also, the voltage ranges from 3.3v-5.0v, while the wattage ranges from 6w-11w, so you have a lot of power to play with.
Finally, even though Innokin highly recommends using the VV v3.0 with iClear clearomisers, you can actually set this up with any cartomiser or RBA that uses 510 threads.

We really enjoyed using this product, and the size and shape of the VV v3.0 allows it to fit comfortably in most people’s hands, which makes it a great device if you want to vape stealthily. We found that turning the device on and off was simple, with just three simple clicks of the firing button. And we also really liked the puff counter on the display. We played around by keeping the battery on so that we could see just how many drags we could get from a battery that was fully charged, and we found that we got a whopping 367 puffs before the red low battery indicator light turned on.
We also tested this product as a pass-through device, and it passed with flying colours. Look for the end of the battery, which is where the USB cable will connect so you can attach this to a computer and smoke while you’re working or surfing the Internet as the device charges at the same time. But even with a charging time of just 1.5 hours, you can rest assured that you don’t have to wait long after your battery dies to start vaping again.
