Vaporfi Volt Review

We had heard a lot of good things about the Vaporfi Volt Clearomiser so it made us curious to take a look at it ourselves. Upon first inspection it looks like Vaporfi has come up with a nice new sub-ohm clearomiser in the “Volt”. It has a great design, fits nicely and delivers an overall pleasurable vaping experience. Vaporfi took the time to put a nice little package together and we can see why so many people are recommending the Volt clearomiser to their vaping cohorts. First Impressions

We were really impressed with the looks of this Vaporfi product. For those of you that are not familiar with them, Vaporfi is a US based high end supplier to the e-cig marketplace; they have a reputation among vapers for selling quality products. The Vaporfi Volt hybrid subtank is no exception.

Hybrid tanks have become very popular in the e-cig marketplace because of all the modifications and personal preferences you can build into them; it really makes vaping a more personal experience. We also liked the fact that the Volt Hybrid Tank comes with a 90 day warranty and a complete 30 day money back guarantee.

The kit is great to say the least and enables the device to be installed by anyone easily out of the box. The unique lime green O-rings that Vaporfi has are easy to find if you drop them and make a nice personal touch to the overall package.

Giving It a Test Run

The model performed very much like the Kanger Subtank Mini but slightly better overall. The device was very easy to install with the included kit and it didn’t add a heavy or bulky feel to the e-cig when we handled it. The stainless steel and sleek design also gave any e-cig that it was mounted on a nice physical appearance.

When using the product we did not notice the leaking that we and some others had experienced with other subtanks; apparently those lime green O-rings do more than just look good. The O-rings also looked surprisingly good on the installed clearomiser and being lime green in colour was actually a nice touch instead of an eyesore.

When we were assembling it we also were pleased to see the square shaped Japanese cotton coils; we know from experience that whenever they are installed on a device they seem to give the user an overall larger amount of vapour and enhanced flavour. The heaviness of the first hit we took indicated that our assumptions about the volume of vapour and flavour were spot on.

The Volt produced a large amount of vapour to say the least; any ‘cloud chaser’ would be happy to have a device that has a Vaporfi Volt clearomiser attached to it one would presume. The Japanese cotton coils really do work as advertised. The larger holes in the airflow valve really gave us a lot of control over the different ways we wanted to vape.

For those of you that have never used an e-cig with a sub atomiser, you really need to give it a try; you will probably run out and buy one right away. They are that good when it comes to enhancing flavour and the overall experience of a good e-cig hit.

Final Thoughts

The Vaporfi Volt Clearomiser is a subtank that should give veteran vapers a lot to get excited about.  This is definitely a clearomiser that is on our recommended to try list.
